Use special symbols or characters on your blog-Unicode Symbols

When you use Blogger, we see that our staff has a first line that defines the character encoding on our site:
<? Xml version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF-8"?>
and also automatically adds this
http-equiv="content-type" <meta content="text/html;charset=utf-8" />
With this, we can use these special characters should be written as codes. Blogger uses the same for some of its elements, there ▼ ◄ see things like that are nothing to these codes.
